Creatively Squared seeks an experienced Creative Strategist to develop and execute engaging, effective digital advertising concepts for leading brands. The ideal candidate excels at crafting compelling copy, directing stand-out visuals, and leveraging data insights to optimize creative performance.

This role requires a balance of exceptional storytelling abilities, an understanding of consumer behavior, and a results-driven mindset across both brand and performance marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts for digital assets and paid advertising campaigns that meet client objectives
  • Utilize your combined data and creative skillset to quantitatively measure campaign results and optimize future creative direction
  • Stay on the pulse of consumer psychology, trends and behavior to inform persuasive creative approaches
  • Lead our competitor research, diving deep into Facebook and TikTok ad libraries, social trends and other resources to ensure our customers are at the forefront of effective digital trends
  • Partner with account and creative teams to align strategy and execution
  • Provide feedback, support and guidance to creators to help them improve their creative quality and brand compliance

About You

  • Proven experience developing standout creative concepts for brands that drive results
  • Ability to quickly understand a brand’s objectives, target market and constraints to produce creative strategies
  • Understanding of benefits and challenges of the creator economy, remote production and ability to help sell creative concepts and strategies to customers that come from traditional, campaign based ways of working
  • Exceptional copywriting skills to craft compelling ad copy, headlines, and CTAs that grab attention and convert
  • Strong art direction abilities and eye for design to ensure visuals are on-brand, thumb-stopping, and optimized for each placement
  • Deep understanding of social ad platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and others), retail media and e-commerce sites, content formats, and best practices to maximize performance of both brand building and direct response campaigns
  • Analytical mindset to assess creative performance, identify insights, and make data-driven optimizations
  • Customer-obsessed with a finger on the pulse of consumer trends, behaviors and preferences
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate and sell-in the creative vision to clients and internal stakeholders
