As a key member of our Projects Team, you will help make this mission a reality by ensuring our content projects are managed effectively, that we’re supporting our visual creators and delighting our customers. 

We’re a group of smart humans located throughout the world who work hard, have fun and spam our virtual watercooler chats with far too many gifs. We’re big believers in kind radical transparency and don’t fill up your calendar with endless meetings.

About you (and what you’ll be working on)

We are looking for a Creative Account Manager to join our Projects team. This role is about much more than simply keeping projects on time and on budget - You will be managing all creative projects through the execution of customer briefs, coordinating production with content creators and ensuring we continue to deliver visuals that delight and retain our customers.

You have excellent organisational skills, you’re an expert communicator able to effectively manage your time, understand the creative process and are comfortable with both brand and performance marketing.

  • You’ll be the key point of contact, managing the day to day operations of 10-20 content creation projects each month- communicating with customers and content creators
  • Act as the brand guardian on behalf of the customer
  • Lead projects from initial briefing stage to final delivery of visual content, working autonomously to solve any challenges you may face
  • Review customer briefs and if necessary write briefs which inspire our content creators to produce beautiful and effective visuals on behalf of customer's brand
  • Manage the entire creative process to ensure high quality, on-brand and customer approved visuals are delivered
  • Engage with content creators to ensure content submission runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Source new content creators for projects where required
  • Forming strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Coordinate with the wider team to support sales, product and creator community as needed across the business. You’re comfortable in a fast paced startup environment, a quick learner and eager to take on new tasks

Bonus Points For

  • You have 5+ years account management experience working in advertising, creative, digital or influencer agencies or software solutions
  • You have experience working in a startup environment
  • Familiarity with tech tools such as Notion and Airtable
  • Knowledge of current visual trends in photography, digital creative, social media & design
