Q&A with Natasha Seager
How would you describe your creative style?
My style is a little varied but always fairly simple and uncluttered. It always involves colour, flowers, spoons and tea.
Tell us about the equipment you use to capture your beautiful images
I mainly use my iPhone 8plus (which I love! ) and I edit all my photos using the Instagram editing tools. I’m not overly technical and I find them simple and easy to use. I also only photograph using natural daylight up at my west facing kitchen window!
In honour of this week's theme, tell us about your favourite type of 'Happy Hour'
Sitting down with a cuppa and a book and switching off from the world OR having a glass of bubbles, a cheese platter and a chat and a giggle with my girlfriends.
These flowers were given to me by my florist friend as they were too old for her to use. I loved being able to recycle them and like the pink flowers and tea cup contrasting against the wooden backdrop, they are quite striking.
I love playing with icecream cones and creating them with using flowers, lollies, and fruit. They are very versatile and are a great prop. I like the simplicity of this photo.
This photo contains a few of my favourite props - my heart mug, a pink spoon, my Pantone cards and twine. Hearts are my favourite shape and I like creating them myself using ribbon, flowers and twine. I love pink and grey together too.
I love this Christmas photo as I really enjoy colour coordinating all the items that I’m styling. I also love the contrast between the spots, stripes and snowflakes.
